What this tracker does
The Deployment Tracker keeps a single, live view of upcoming and active deployments. It tracks key fields like DC, status, dock date, locations, owners, and notes so everyone sees the same picture in real time.
How it works
- Use Filters to narrow by SEV, DC, or Project Status.
- Click a deployment to view details, edit fields, and collaborate on notes.
- Use Watch to follow a deployment and highlight it in lists and alerts.
- Live updates and presence show when others are viewing or editing.
- Conflicts are handled safely so no updates are lost.
FAQ
Why does the handoff summary look different after I paste it?
The handoff summary is formatted for copy/paste output. The on-screen preview is styled for readability, but the pasted output uses plain-text formatting so it aligns correctly in chat or email.
Why do I see a conflict dialog?
Another user saved changes to the same fields. Choose which values to keep.
What do the presence bubbles mean?
They show who is currently viewing that deployment.
How does Watch work?
Click Watch on a deployment to follow it. Watched deployments show a star in the list and get starred in alerts.
How do I update my profile?
Open Profile from the menu to update your name or change your password.
Where do deployments come from?
Deployments are imported from the tracker spreadsheets and kept up to date in the database.
